We think of ourselves as “culinary outfitters”, equipping our clients and guests with the right combination of style, service and great food while delivering results appropriate to the occasion. Stag’s mission is to connect guests authentically through memorable culinary experiences. Founded with a sincere respect and reverence for nature and featuring a culinary team with deep roots in some of the most demanding fine dining establishments, Stag bridges the gap between the contemporary San Francisco restaurant scene and the event world.

Stag’s scope

From collaborations with Michelin-starred talent and winery events to corporate conferences and brand activations, we design, plan, host, cook and curate high impact culinary events for top clients across the globe. Our work has taken us to SXSW, NYFW, Sundance, Basel World and more. Our dynamic range is in perfect alignment with each client’s needs in order to deliver big.

Chef-Driven Expertise

Stag Dining Group was co-founded by Executive Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury who cut their teeth in some of the most demanding kitchens in the San Francisco restaurant scene. From Stag’s early entry into the pop-up scene a decade ago, the sense of community and collaboration have always been a part of our DNA. Our continued collaboration with some of the legends of the industry reflects the respect, integrity and depth of our culinary team.
