Our action stations are guided culinary experiences, created by our chefs in either a “bar format” which is attended by a chef or in a "stand format” that is self-service for guests to put together compelling plates on their own. Each station has a seasonally focused menu that is globally inspired and locally sourced with an aesthetic that is appropriate to the setting.

Italians and Spaniards started the tradition of dry curing legs of ham but Americans have a long standing tradition of aging ham starting in the South. We celebrate this tradition sourcing some of the best country ham this nation has to offer, slicing it to order and serving it with crusty bread, pepper jelly, and pimento cheese dip.

The Grand Aioli leaves utensils behind and lets your guests enjoy veggies, seafood and hard boiled eggs dipped into golden garlic flavored mayonnaise turning the meal into a gastronomic celebration. No wonder it’s a staple of Provençal cuisine. Pop some rosé and enjoy!
