Toy Story 5 Wrap Party @ Pixar

Some events ask you to show up and feed people. Others ask you to step inside a world. The Toy Story 5 wrap party at Pixar Campus was the latter and Stag Dining Group was ready for it.

Produced in collaboration with Avenge Creative, this was a 2,000-guest celebration of the completion of one of the most anticipated animated films in recent memory. From the first planning call to the last cocktail poured, the brief was clear: honor the spirit of the film, the characters the Pixar team had poured years into, and the wide-open West that runs through Toy Story's DNA. We imagined every element of food, drink, service, and spectacle around that world.

The Bar Program

The beverage program was where character came to life most visibly. Stag deployed Barrel-aged Negroni cocktail carts throughout the campus, with Buzz Lightyear as the cart's official ambassador.

At the Antique Shop specialty station, Luchador-dressed bartenders worked antique paint can shakers to produce batched Tequila Sours for the crowd — theatrical, high-volume, steam-punk and completely on-theme with the film's Western palette.

Centered at the heart of the celebration was Van on the Run — a  VW cocktail van serving Espresso Martinis, Piña Coladas, and a NA Colada, with Bad Bunny's character woven into the Piña Colada concept. It delivered the warm nostalgia the film tapped into and guests sipped refreshing cocktails that were transportive.

The full bar program spanned a Spanish G&T, an Old Fashioned, a pepper-infused Lawn Dart, a curated wine list anchored by California and Spanish producers highlighting purveyors with sustainability practices, minority-ownership and an independent spirit.

The Food

The culinary menu was built across multiple activated stations spread throughout the campus, each one its own destination.

BBQ Stations anchored the event with Chicken Tsukune Skewers, smoked Brisket Sliders with B&B pickles, King Trumpet Mushroom Skewers in Japanese BBQ sauce, and Bacon Skewers that drew a consistent line all night.

El Sur brought South American heat to the event including hand-cut beef, Pollo Saltado, and a five-cheese Verde empanadas.

On the Brooklyn Patio, a Noodle Box Station offered Vermicelli in spicy and mild lemongrass-tamarind builds alongside an Onigiri Station featuring Miso Tuna and Soy Mushroom. The Walking Taco Station rounded out the savory lineup with pulled pork, roasted tomato salsa, onion, and cilantro served in a bag of Fritos.

Dessert was a full production of its own — a Donut Wall, a Candy Shop stocked with Skittles, gummy bears, and sour candies, plus Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Snickerdoodle, and Cinnamon Horchata cupcakes, Baklava, Macarons, Chocolate Fudge Brownies, and Chocolate-Covered Strawberries. Guests didn't leave hungry.

The Result

Two thousand Pixar team members celebrated the end of production the way a project like Toy Story 5 deserved with food and drink that felt as considered and crafted as the film itself.

This is what Stag Dining Group does: we don't just cater an event. We read the room, we build the world, and we make sure every guest feels it.
